- Our webshop is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
1. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the Webshop. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate.
2. The Webshop merely represents a sales brochure. By presenting the products on the Webshop Schatz & Leu GmbH is merely encouraging you to submit an offer to buy that is binding on you (order). The automatic order confirmation automatically sent by Schatz & Leu GmbH by e-mail does not yet give rise to a contract of sale
3. By transmitting an order you confirm that you have read the T&C and agree to them without reservation.
4. By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have your parents’ permission to buy from the Webshop.
5. A contract of sale only comes about when Schatz & Leu GmbH ships the products.
6. All information relating to availability, shipping and delivery of a product is provisional information and approximate guideline values. They do not represent binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery dates except where such are expressly referred to as a binding date in the shipping options of the respective product.
7. If, when processing your order, Schatz & Leu GmbH establishes that the products you ordered are not available, you shall be notified without undue delay. In this case, a contract relating to the unavailable products shall not come about given the absence of shipment of the ordered products.
8. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
1. All specified prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the relevant level of statutory VAT.
2. Prior to dispatch of your order you will be notified separately of shipping costs. These may vary depending on the chosen delivery method. Shipping costs are usually at your own expense.
3. Shipping outside of Switzerland: Please note that further charges may occur (sales tax, customs duty), depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense. Note: Currently, shipping outside of Switzerland is not possible, we are working on a solution.
4. Schatz & Leu GmbH reserves the right to amend prices at any time, whereby you will be charged for the products on the basis of the prices offered at the point of order.
1. Schatz & Leu GmbH accepts the methods of payment specified in the Webshop.
2. Payment will only be performed if you authorize the relevant financial service provider to do so. If payment is rejected, Schatz & Leu GmbH reserves the right to cancel the order and halt dispatch of the products.
3. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
4. You hereby agree that during the ordering process, the data for completing the order is transmitted to Shopify (head office in USA). Please also read the terms and conditions of Shopify, available at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.
5. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
1. Schatz & Leu GmbH offers the delivery methods specified in the Webshop.
2. Delivery prices and delivery times depend on the selected method of delivery.
3. To process an order we need 1-2 working days. Shipping within Switzerland: Once the products are shipped, the average delivery time is 2-4 working days. You can use the tracking number to track the current location of your order. Shipping outside of Switzerland: Delivery time is depending on destination. Note: Currently, shipping outside of Switzerland is not possible, we are working on a solution.
4. Schatz & Leu GmbH does its utmost to meet the stated delivery times. However, Schatz & Leu GmbH is not responsible for any delivery delay, irrespective of the causes.
5. Schatz & Leu GmbH retains title to the delivered goods until full payment has been received.
1. All products are covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee against manufacturing defects. Please inspect the products for defects immediately on receipt. If you notice something during this inspection, contact Schatz & Leu GmbH immediately otherwise you are deemed to have waived any rights under your guarantee claim.
2. If a guarantee claim arises, you are only entitled to have us exchange the defective product for an equivalent, defect-free product during the guarantee period. Any additional or more extensive guarantee claims shall be excluded.
3. Schatz & Leu GmbH excludes any liability on any legal grounds in connection with these T&C and the contractual relationships based on them to the extent permissible by law.
In terms of data protection, the specific privacy policy by Schatz & Leu GmbH shall apply, which forms an integral part of the contract between you and Schatz & Leu GmbH.

The place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising in connection with these T&C and the contractual relationships based thereon, irrespective of the legal grounds, is the place of the registered office of Schatz & Leu GmbH (Zurich, Switzerland). Schatz & Leu GmbH is alternatively entitled to make a claim against you at your place of residence.

These T&C, the contractual relationships based thereon and any disputes in this respect are governed by substantive Swiss law under the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 11 April 1980 (known as the Vienna Convention) and conflict-of-laws provisions.
